Terms of Use
Last updated October 7, 2026
These terms cover lootdroplessons.com and everything sold on it. LootDrop Lessons is run by Andy Navarro in Texas ("I," "me," "LootDrop Lessons"). By using the site, buying a resource or joining All-Access, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Your license
When you buy a resource or download one as an All-Access member, you get a single-teacher license. That means:
- You can use it with all of your own students, in every class you teach, year after year.
- You can print it, project it, make copies for your students and post it to your own password-protected class page (Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology and similar).
- You can edit the editable files to fit your class.
You can't:
- Share the files with other teachers, your team, your campus or your district. Each teacher needs their own purchase or membership. Ask me about campus licenses.
- Post the files anywhere the public can reach them, including open websites, public drives, blogs or file-sharing sites.
- Resell, repackage or claim the resources as your own, on any marketplace, even after editing them.
- Use the resources to train AI models or feed them into tools that redistribute the content.
I keep the copyright to everything on the site. Your license is personal and can't be transferred.
2. Buying single resources
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe, and I never see or store your card number. After you pay, your download links appear on the order page and in your receipt email. Please save your files to your own computer or Drive. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
3. All-Access membership
- Billing. All-Access is $5 a month or $45 a year, charged automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. I'll give you notice before any price change, and the new price only applies starting with your next billing period.
- Canceling. You can cancel anytime from your account. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- What's included. Every resource in the shop while your membership is active, each monthly Loot Drop, and one custom lesson-plan request per calendar month.
- After you cancel. Files you already downloaded are yours to keep using under the license above. New downloads need an active membership.
- Accounts. Memberships are for one teacher. Please don't share your login. Accounts are run through Memberstack.
4. Custom lesson requests
Members can send one request per calendar month (US Central time). Requests don't roll over. I'll reply by email to confirm the details and a delivery date, and I may suggest changes if a request is outside what I can build well. Lessons I build for a request are covered by the same single-teacher license, and I may also add a version of them to the shop for other teachers.
5. Free tools (Seatcraft and RESPAWN)
The tools are free and offered as is. Student names, photos, rosters and hall-pass history you enter stay in your own browser on your own device. They aren't sent to me. You're responsible for following your school's rules about student data, and for keeping your own backups using the tools' export buttons. Clearing your browser data erases what's stored there.
6. Reviews and things you send me
When you post a review or send a request, you give me permission to show it on the site and use it to improve my resources. Keep it honest and appropriate for a teacher audience. I can remove reviews that are off-topic, abusive, or include personal information about students.
7. Using the site
Please don't try to break, scrape or overload the site, get around payments or download protection, or use it for anything illegal.
8. No guarantees
I build every resource carefully and test it in my own classroom, but I can't promise any test score or result, or promise that a resource fits your standards, district rules or students perfectly. Please preview materials before you use them with students. The site and its contents are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, LootDrop Lessons isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and my total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and contact
I may update these terms as the site grows. When I do, I'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
