Privacy Policy

Short version: I collect only what I need to sell you resources, run your membership and reply to you. I don't sell your information, and student data you put into the free tools never leaves your device.
What I collect
- Purchases. Your name, email and what you bought. Stripe handles payment details, and I never see or store your full card number.
- Membership account. Your name, email, password (stored by Memberstack, not readable by me) and plan status.
- Email list. Your email address and where on the site you signed up, if you join the Loot Drop list.
- Reviews. The name, role, rating and text you choose to post.
- Lesson requests. Your name, email and the details of the lesson you ask for.
- Basic usage data. Like most sites, the site's hosting (Cloudflare) and membership system (Memberstack) may log things like IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to understand how the site is used.
What stays on your device
Seatcraft and RESPAWN save student names, photos, rosters, seating charts and hall-pass history in your own browser's storage. That information is not sent to me or stored on my servers. Your shopping cart is also kept in your browser.
How I use it
- To process orders, deliver downloads and send receipts.
- To run your All-Access membership, logins and lesson requests.
- To send the monthly Loot Drop email, only if you signed up. Every email has a way to unsubscribe, or just email me.
- To answer your questions, prevent fraud and keep the site working.
I don't sell or rent your personal information, and I don't use it for third-party advertising.
Who helps run the site
- Stripe: payments and receipts (Stripe privacy policy).
- Memberstack: member accounts and logins (Memberstack privacy policy).
- Cloudflare: hosting, security and the database for reviews, requests and the email list.
- Google Drive: hosting of downloadable files.
These services only get what they need to do their job. I may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses cookies and browser storage to keep you logged in, remember your cart and keep the site secure. Memberstack may use cookies for login and basic analytics. I don't use advertising cookies.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the email list anytime.
- Ask me to see, correct or delete your information by emailing lootdroplessons@gmail.com. I'll keep only what I'm required to keep for tax and payment records.
- Cancel your membership anytime from your account.
Kids
LootDrop Lessons is for teachers and other adults. It isn't meant for students, and I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given me information, email me and I'll delete it.
